On 19 February 2016, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Bern and the General Consulate of the Republic of Serbia in Zurich have organized a reception for representatives of the Serbian Diaspora in Switzerland in order to celebrate the National Day of the Republic of Serbia. Besides the Ambassador Dr. Snezana Jankovic, the General Consul, Mr. Zoran Jeremic, and the employees of the Embassy, also the Austrian-Swiss bishop of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Mr. Andrej Cilerdzic, as well as great number of representatives of Serbian associations and organizations in Switzerland have attended the event.
