The President of the National Council of the Federal Assembly of Switzerland, Ms. Isabelle Moret, paid an official visit to Serbia 7-9 November 2020. On that occasion, she met with President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Aleksandar Vučić, Speaker of the National Assembly Mr. Ivica Dačić, Prime Minister Ms. Ana Brnabić and Minister of Finance Mr. Siniša Mali.
The president of the National Council Ms. More pointed out that Switzerland will continue to help Serbia through the financing of projects, for which it currently allocates 20 million EUR a year, pointing out that it visited Niš and Paraćin on that occasion.
The main discussion topics were the situation in the region, especially the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Serbia's European path, as well as the strengthening of parliamentary cooperation between Serbia and Switzerland.
