The Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Bern, Goran Bradić, congratulated the CEO of Telekom Srbije Ljubomir Lučić on the official start of operations on the Swiss market, which was symbolically marked by the opening of the first branch of MTEL Switzerland in a shopping center near Zurich (Volen), which operates within the Serbian telecommunications company.

Bradić wished good results and success to the management of Telekom Srbije, which after six years of business in Austria, has now also entered the Swiss market.

He expressed his belief that many of our citizens, people from the former Yugoslavia, as well as the Swiss, will become clients of our company, which offers specially adapted packages of its mobile phone services, internet, and TV programs.

Director Lučić pointed out that the start of business in Switzerland is a great day for the Serbian telecommunications company, which continues to strengthen and expand its business. He also thanked the Embassy and Consulate General in Zurich for their support in promoting MTEL Switzerland.

The general director of MTEL Switzerland, Stefan Božić, pointed out that the experiences from Austria, where the company has more than 130,000 users, of which more than 15% are Austrians, are very valuable and represent the best indicator of the success of our telecommunications giant.
